Terms of Service — Command Center

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Command Center (the "Platform"), provided by DVK PR & Marketing ("we" or "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older. If you invite others to your workspace, you are responsible for their access.

3. Your data

Each workspace is isolated. You may only access data in workspaces you've been invited to. You retain ownership of the data you upload; we retain ownership of the Platform software, branding, and design.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Platform for anything unlawful.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Platform.
Don't transmit malware, spam, or phishing through the Platform.
Don't access data or features you haven't been authorized to use.

5. Financial tools

Bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting features are convenience tools to help you organize your records. They are not professional accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying your financial data and consulting a qualified professional when needed.

6. The Platform is provided "as is"

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Payments & billing

Subscription fees are billed per seat per month. You can cancel anytime. If a payment fails, access may be paused until it's resolved.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You can close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for thirty (30) days on request, then deleted.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When a new version is published, you'll be asked to accept it before continuing. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
